Wow.It has been a while since I have written.School is back in full swing. I just finished writing midterms, so that means that I'm halfway to finishing the semester! Thank you Jesus!I am in a new home (again), and after 3 weeks here, I feel like I am finally feeling like my life is almost stable. I still need to unpack and get rid of a lot of stuff, but that will come in time. AND I have a bed! It is amazing. I don't think I have ever slept so well in my life. And BIG NEWS!I have officially sent off an application to create a non-profit! We are called Dandelion Seeds and our website is being created as I write. You can get a preview HERE. God has put some really amazing people in my life. To have someone just decide to make a website for me, and to create it so beautifully? Wow. Michelle, you are amazing.Right now, we are praying that the application is processed and approved super fast. The sooner we are official, the sooner we can do real fundraising, and the sooner we can set up some projects! To start with, we will be helping New Life with some school tuition and expenses, and helping Capva School, run by my friend Anacias in Cite Soleil, with various expenses. At this point, we aren't starting anything new, rather finding way to come alongside and support people who are already doing great work in Haiti, and could use some extra support. There also may be the opportunity for me to return to Haiti in December for approximately two weeks. EVERYTHING in me wants to just go, regardless of anything, but I am just praying right now. If it's part of God's plan, I know things will work out. If it's too soon to go back, then I am praying that God just closes that door, even though I don't want Him to.AND I went for part 1 of a TB test today. There is a chance I was exposed to TB this summer, so pray that I test negative, and don't have to do the whole chest x-ray thing....Friends, life in hard and beautiful. I am so thankful for the people that make the hard stuff easier, and the beautiful stuff more lovely.
